Helpful Tips

PREPARATION

  1. Start art as soon as possible. Spring is not too early! 
  2. Professional design can make a BIG difference!
  3. Have art ready to go before budgets open. 
  4. Watch your emails for crucial information & quick approvals.
  5. Please provide your personal email because many school districts will block emails with attachments.  
  6. The sooner you order, the sooner you get your products!
    Earlier is better. Beat the crowd and get faster production. 
  7. Order extras of any crucial item!
  8. On time delivery depends on YOU.   We will guide you through the process and set due dates for needed items. 

BAND BUDGETS

  1. If your budget opens July 1st, submit a P.O. request ahead of time!
  2. Some ISD’s will prepare P.O.s for the next year ahead of time, but date them for after July 1st.
  3. If your Boosters are paying for any part, have them pay for the longer lead time items to get them going ASAP! Even May or June isn’t too early.
  4. Items with longer lead times should be ordered first. (tops and guard costuming)
  5. Let us know what your budget looks like. We can suggest budget options, standard options, and premium options. Our prices are competitive.

OUR PROCESS

  1. Please fill out our simple quote request form.
  2. We will send you an initial quote with a quantity of 1 of each item. A package will be emailed to you with sizing charts, and key dates.
  3. Begin the art / design process asap.
  4. Art is approved by you.
  5. Send us the number of performers. We will provide a final quote with those quantities.
  6. Send us the completed sizing forms for costuming and/or marching shoes.
  7. We will need to receive a P.O., check, or credit card from your accounting department.
  8. Production begins.
  9. Products ship.
